10 years since the company was founded
Implementing work style reform
The working hours are 8 hours including the working hours. There are 7 days off per month. We are currently recruiting and training staff with the aim of having 2 days off per week.

As a strength,
The owner has 30 years of experience in Italian cuisine.
He trained at Peperoncino in Maebashi for 10 years, and also traveled around Italy eating his way around and was taught by Italian chefs.
After returning to Japan, he served as the first head chef and manager of Leone in Takasaki City.
He became independent and opened Barleon and Luciano.
He also obtained the food business consultant certification.
We are looking for people who want to learn specialized Italian cuisine and people who love cooking.
